From 3 to 5 October, the holiday region 3 Zinnen Dolomites transforms into a stage for flavour, origin, and ethics. At the Dolomiti Gourmet Festival, renowned top chefs from Italy and abroad present their vision of sustainable cuisine – inspired by nature, shaped by friendship, regionality, and respect.

Gourmet Walk

Friday, 3 October 2025| 7:00 PM | Location: San Candido

One evening, one village, countless taste experiences: the Gourmet Walk through the historic centre of San Candido invites you on a culinary journey where international culinary excellence meets South Tyrolean hospitality.

Starting at 7:00 PM, selected restaurants open their doors for a multi-stop tasting tour. At each station, renowned guest chefs prepare two to three exquisite dishes – creative, globally inspired, and rooted in their culinary heritage.

Mountain Dining

Saturday, 4 October 2025 | 7:00 PM | Location: Jora Mountain Dining


Experience an exclusive gourmet evening in the elegant setting of JORA Mountain Dining. In an intimate atmosphere with a maximum of 70 guests, we invite you to a special culinary event featuring three outstanding chefs: host Markus Holzer, Tina Marcelli, and Salvatore Aprea will jointly create a menu that blends indulgence, creativity, and craftsmanship.

Mountain Tasting

Sunday, 5 October 2025 | 11:00 AM | Location: Rifugio Gigante Baranci, Baranci mountain station


To celebrate the grand finale of the gourmet weekend, the Baranci mountain station becomes a unique culinary hotspot: at the Rifugio Gigante Baranci, the participating top chefs gather one last time to present their creations at various stations – all highlighting regionality, authenticity, and culinary artistry.


Visitors are invited not only to observe but also to enjoy and taste the dishes – ranging from lovingly reinterpreted classics to modern cuisine with a South Tyrolean signature. The day is rounded off with a farmers' market and live music.


Free entry – food and drinks will be charged individually on site.
